the one that isn't having a problem may be your problem. Chickens can
get in the habit of picking feathers from other birds and sometimes
eating them,.Try giving them some cheap dry cat food, If it is the other
hen picking she may be wanting some extra protein in her diet.Its
worked for me in the past.It also helps when they are eating eggs.
