AS these birds have not grown up with perches they have not learnt the
etiquette :~))
Try a perch about 3 inches off the floor and no ramp - even better take all
the ramp and perches out and add a couple of arched branches. So they can
perch anywhere and the ducks can get underneath

They have never needed it before :~)
Take the legs off the nextboxes and put them on the floor
add a couple of pot eggs
Once they have the idea you can them raise them if you need to
