My birds definitely 'like' the perches.
It's just that, having never seen them before, they don't seem to know what
to do with them, and don't want to share.
The first bird in at night gets the best perch. And stays there!

I've tried placing the birds on low branches in the day-time but they don't
seem to like that much.
But they do want to get up the ladder to the perches at night.
I guess it feels safer?
