    Why not become a member of the Sebright breeders club? They will happily
    give you good advice on which of your birds are best for breeding, and
    why. I learnt loads about the breed I keep when I joined the club. And
    the practical hints of successful old breeders are sometimes invaluable.
    Or try to get into contact with an experienced Sebright breeder
    nearby...
