Just an odd shape; I've had a few very large ones that look they're made of
two odd halves, squashed together.

Yes, I think they're learning to be chickens quite well now.
The runner-ducks are still very nervous and keep their distance from me, but
the hens come running to me which is great.
(they're not good at running yet, more stumbling/flapping as fast as they
can)
