We have 10.37 acres and 70± girls who have free reign from dawn to
dusk. I have learned to walk a major portion of our property each
evening when I get home from work. Their current favorite spots
are...the woodshed behind the rolls of barbed wire (ouch), up in the
tree (in the crotch of the branches), the flower bed by the driveway,
the blackberry patch by the road (another ouch), in back under the
willow in the tall grass and next to the horses water tank (why I am
not quite sure, humidity?) and (if the garage door was left open too
long) any bucket or tool chest drawer left open. Once I forgot to
take my laundry in, after taking it off of the line. When I finally
got back to the basket a couple of hours later, there were 3 eggs in a
cute little nest of clean towels.
Enjoy your egg hunts!
