Why are you worming?
I am sorry but I do not believe that no vet will help you - there are plenty
of poultry vets in the US and any qualified vet will treat animals - they
may have to look things up or ask elsewhere but I would be surprised if you
have something completely out of the known. Find a poultry vet and get them
talking to your local vet
Have you contacted your ag extension
Have you had necropsys done

What are the symptoms
What are the necropsy results
What treatments have you given and why did you choose them
When did the symptoms start

Being crabbit here where there are folks who might be disposed to help you
is not a great idea
