Crikey that is a tiny garden. Will the birds be free to roam? Is it a neat
garden because they will scratch and eat your plants.

Ask at your local council to see if there is a covenant preventing the
keeping of livestock in your property. Ask if the neighbours will mind the
noise from the birds.
