What's a good chicken in Nigeria or India?

I have had someone ask me if I can raise chickens for Nigerians and/or
Indians here in the US. The woman who called knows that she has
customers from these areas and that they want chickens, but she is
pretty clueless otherwise. All she knows is that they need to be 2-2.5
pounds dressed weight and "skinny"...no huge breasts like cornish x's.
She originally wanted guineas, but I told her I wouldn't raise those.
Then she asked about spent hens, but it seems that spent hens have very
little meat on them. I'm thinking maybe heavy breed chickens raised to
12 weeks or so, or maybe even leghorn roosters.
Does anyone know if there is more to it than this? I've heard that
some people prefer chickens based on the color of the feathers, the
color of the legs and other factors which have not been mentioned by
this woman.
I'd like to raise them for her, but I want to make sure that it's what
her customers want.
Any help would be appreciated.
