My mom is having a similar problem, but her chickens are disappearing from
the building. The is even a cement "foundation" around the bottem of the
walls. No feathers, no sign of stuggle or entry, but she has lost (so far)
10 hens and 4 ducks. The one duck that was left behind died with a small
penprick on top of his head. There was no blood, but he died later that
morning.

I would almost guess snake, but it would have to be HUGE to go through that
many birds in 4 days.
