Hen Pecking Part Two

I should have mentioned more details. I see the hens pulling feathers out
of each others backs. I have approximately 75 hens and four roosters. They
are allowed to free range over thirty acres. They are penned at night. I
feed them lay pellets, scratch and food scraps. I own a country restaurant
and a small deli so there are quite a few scraps.
It seems I have read that I could put kerosine on their backs.
