It may just be they are running out of recipe :~)
I would make sure they have free access to both poultry grit and separately
oystershell so they can top up if they want to.
There are various bugs that can cause eggy problems but at their age there
is nothing you can do about it.
Enjoy them anyway -- they may sort themselves out for next year
Just be very aware that they are in the "at high risk" period for egg
peritonitis.
