The poultry industry in Poland is well established and has been for many
many years so there will be plenty of help within the organisations who deal
with your fellow producers.
I would suggest you contact your government agricultural department who you
will already be working with and ask them for industry specialists in your
locality.
Find out your industry organisations and publications and contact people in
there.
To be honest if you are starting in less than a month and have not got your
equipment installed and running to test it for any complications you are not
prepared and you should revise your business plan
Good luck
