We have a house in the middle of a chicken farm :~)) and don't have that
problem
Contact your Environmental Services office in the your council and ask them
for a visit to assess the problem. They will be able to give you appropriate
advice and take the appropriate action if any is needed.
To be honest -- if you are that far from the farm there is a very strong
chance that there is a much closer source of the flies.
They would be best placed and practised in locating it
Good luck
