I cannot tell from the photograph that she has a rose comb. It looks like
an undeveloped, appropriate for her age, single comb to me.
She is definitely not a rosecomb bantam, they have large white lobes and
their plumage is either black, blue, or white. Her tail carriage is not
typical either, far too high.
I'm leaning towards Dutch bantam now. Maybe.
Whatever she is, she's very nice ;-)
