10 feet of perch space allows around 10 birds - the house looks a little
narrow for too many more but that may be deceptive
So you have plenty of nestbox space
It is allowable to have 1 box to 10 birds
but as everyone else has said birds will have a favourite nestbox
Black rocks are great birds
A few concerns about your house you may want to look at in the future
Felt is a renowned attractive location for red mites to get established
Where is the ventilation -- you need to have good flow of air across the top
of the house to pull air from the birds in the house and out.
If you have not finished the roof I would suggest you use Onduline
