I was wondering about that, too. Even the dairy farmers I know who ahve LOTS of cats have nowhere near that amount. These people sound like irresponsible pet owners to me. Having barn cats does not relieve one of the responsibility of making sure they are treated for disease, neutered, and vaccinated.
