Coturnix Food, laying habits

I have coturnix quail and they started laying around the 8 week mark.
However, they have now stopped. It may be due to the fact that I had
some guinea hens in with them which may have harrassed them.

Also I feed them laying mash with wild bird food mixed in and they
don't go wild for it. Also excess kitchen rice which they seem to like
better.

Looking for suggestions on getting them laying and providing them with
their favorite food.
