Doesn't sound to me as if it was something that's easy to move around,
though? Probably a good solution for a really large run, or several that
are used in a rotation system.

Your "normal chook-proof fence of about 1m (3ft) high" is something my
chooks would laugh about. They got out of their new run with a 2m high
fence around it, before I put the netting on top. But then, of course,
they aren't normal ;-)
