I would have to suggest you ask your local vet to help - its a similar
process to rabbit teeth and they probably have a pretty good eye for where
the "live" bit starts
as well as very effective clippers.
Afterwards you need to try and trim back her feet feathers and get her onto
ground where she will get more exercise on those feet.
A sand box with grain mix in it every day might help
