Word spread "in real life", and earlier this evening, and "distant but not
too far away"(!) relative gave me a call, and said "pop over tomorrow. I've
got some traps for you. Have 'em."

I have no idea what type of trap it is yet, or whether town foxes will be
wise to it, but he seemed confident that it makes "a satisfying mess of
vermin".

Won't bring the chickens back, but at least I'll be "doing my bit" :)
