I came down with a bad head cold starting last Saturday and just as an
experiment, I did without the silver and just upped my C intake from 1
gram to 3 grams per day.

I normally up it to about 10 grams, but I wanted to see what my own
immune system would do with a head cold with almost no supplemental help.

Bad idea. It's day 7 and I'm still miserable. :-( And it's just a head
cold, not the flu'. I ran a flu' test at work just to be sure and it was
negative.

So much for THAT concept! 3 days by itself? I think not.....

I'm regretting the experiment now needless to say. <sigh> The cough is
so bad, it makes me throw up.

My father makes it.
It's cheap and easy to make your own with your own generator.
Prices on the internet are assinine to purchase it.
