Where are you ? - that profoundly affects the risk vs time of year
The birds are all about to migrate AWAY from the UK
and from the south of Europe
The northern and eastern parts of Europe are certianly at risk
As are the rest of us in the autumn when all the birds who have mixed
together come back for the winter
