I have about 12 hens in a coop that is 10 x 10 x 7 and they are laying
fine. However I notice that they are losing feathers. They are all
showing a dull color in their combs. I have 3 roosters that are in a
separate coop and their combs are bright red. Any response would be
appreciated. thanks, Geo.

Whereabouts in the world are you ?
What breed?
What age?
What feed?
Are they laying?

If you are in the southern hemisphere the most likely answer is they are
moulting
If you are in the northern hemisphere you may have to look to a clinical
problem
- worms, cocci, mites,

You have given far too little information for anyone to guess at
And bear in mind none of us are vets and cannot see your birds
