Gasping chick with extra back toes

We have a 2 week old Golden Laced Wyandotte chick that has been "gasping "
for the last 3-4 days and we recently noticed it has an extra back toe on
each feet.Is there anything I can do for this chick> It doesn't act like it
last very long.Any help would be appreciated
