Very recently, a Rooster has decided to repeatedly make my home his home.
He sits on the front porch railing and creates droppings on the cement
below. He crows loudly in morning and all day.

What can I do to get rid of him?

You have several options.
1. You can eat him.
2. You can take him to an animal facility that finds homes for lost pets.
3. You can decide to keep him, build him a little hut and run and get some
girls for him .

Your choice.
