baby chicks

I have day old baby chicks, and keep finding them soaked and in the baby
chick waterers. Every hour, I check them and cycle them through the
incubator to dry them and warm them while they get back their strength. How
do I keep them out of the waterers until they get big enough that they dont
do this anymore?
