I have day old baby chicks, and keep finding them soaked and in the baby
chick waterers. Every hour, I check them and cycle them through the
incubator to dry them and warm them while they get back their strength.
How
do I keep them out of the waterers until they get big enough that they
dont
do this anymore?

Get some pebbles that fit in the drinker rims - wash thoroughly - and then
put them in the drinkers
This way there is a "little" bit of water available to little beaks but not
water they can sit in

Yup, that's what I do. Once they know where the water is (and when
they're tall enough) I find it's also useful to suspend the waterer off
the ground as it helps to keep the water clean -- I've just done this
today for some ten day old chicks I have, but probably could have done
it four or five days ago without a problem.
