2 of my eggs were missing from the nest this morning I don't know what
happened should I move the chicken away from the rest?

If they were infertile - not developing - then the broody would know this
and kick them out.
Some egg eater might have taken them - what depends on where you live - rat,
snake, dog etc
These may have also stolen them from the nest
