Yesterday, I set 3 duck eggs under my silkie.She'd just went broody but
will she sit on them for 32 days and if they hatch will she kill the
ducklings because they don't look the same?

Most sit the length fine - but depending on where you are you may want to
spray them occasionally as the hen is not bringing any dampness back with
her like the duck will.
As to accepting or rejecting -- you will not know until they arrive
HAve a backup plan in case
Its impossible to tell - some hens will go for ducklings most don't
