Very! They call it a bush turkey up north. But as I'm not indigenous I'm not allowed to hunt them. With a fine of $5000 a head if you're caught with them I'm not likely to try either. Very quiet, very shy and very, very rare.

BTW who would kill one of your buzzards as they aren't edible?
