Egg question
We have three hens and get three eggs a day. We refrigerate them and
they are eaten within 2-3 days. My wife has noticed that,
occassionally, part of the white surrounding the yolk of one of the
eggs will be cloudy. In the past when she bought eggs at the store
and came upon an egg like this, she thought it must be old and threw
it out. However, we know that these eggs are fresh. Are these eggs
ok? What is happening? THanks
