Brooding hens that won't let me near the eggs

I have had chickens before, but these are the first to sit on their
eggs. I got an assortment of chicks from the feed store, so none are
the same and 2 ended up being roosters. Three of my hens are now
sitting on all of the eggs, and when i try to reach in and get them
they trill at me and puff up. I had originally let them keep 8 but now
who knows how many they have. Should i remove all of the eggs? If
they hatch will the roosters kill them. One of the roosters is mean
and the other is sweet (he is part silkie). I am sure my new chicks
will be completely mix breeds, since all of them are different to start
with.

In the future, once these hatch, should i just reach in and take all
the eggs, therefore putting an end to this whole process. They have a
coop but i like to let them out, unfortunately that is getting very
difficult with the attack rooster (any ideas on what to do with him)?

Thanks for any information that might help me.
