Can Chickens have Ringworm?

At first when my Rhode Island Reds and Americana hens (no roosters in
the coop) started loosing their feathers i thought they were molting.
When they didn't fully come back i wondered if maybe one of the "hens"
was really a rooster in hen's clothing. though i didn't see constant
fighting, i did remove the one hen that was in pristine condition
(could she be the bully?). No result. Then i dusted them as directed
by the local feed store guys with poultry dust. i also cleaned out the
coop and sprayed it down with disenfectant and also dusted the dirt in
their run. (they have lots of room). Still no result. Now i notice
that the Rhode Island Reds seem a little too red (their skin and
crowns). their poop is normal: respiratory normal. appetite normal.
behavior normal. egg production consistant. but they are the ugliest
balding things i have ever seen!!!! my sone and the dog recently came
down with ringworm....could there be a connection? anyone?
.
