chicken feed and mature hens

Hi there,
Since our (10) mature hens have had access to one chick's chicken mash (his
3 siblings met with various misadventures, our first brood not so successful
sadly! chuckle), it seems that they may all have lost their taste for their
usual pellets. Do chooks need different feeding pellets over time? We've had
them for about 6 months.
