I have stored it in a second refrig in basement. I turned the cold
setting to MAX and placed the bird on the bottom shelf to the back. Oh,
and the bird is in a tightly sealed, plastic bag.
Let me know your thoughts, because being that it is Monday, I still
can freeze this bird and buy a frozen bird from the market tonight with
plenty of time to thaw it by Thursday.
