This summer I hatched a domestic duck. This duck has imprinted on
me and my husband. We thought the duck was a female but turned out
to be a male.
In the last month or so this duck has been very aggessive towards me
but not my husband. We have determined by his various actions at
times that he is looking at me as a mating partner.
I have contacted an avian vet about neutering but they were unable
to help me.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this duck has turned
aggessive towards me other than he may be wanting to dominate
because of sexual urges?
Thanks for any help you can give.
My best advice would be to buy him 3 ducks and see what happens then.

Or Christmas Eve dinner....
Seconded on both accounts
Its terribly unfair to have a single duck/drake.
