You could try removing the eggs regularly, twice a day perhaps. Also
make the nesting box dark by hanging an old blanket across it. You
could also buy or build a rollaway nest box. If they won't eat the
poultry grit, try adding a liquid calcium supplement to the water.
Culling the bird would be a last resort not a first in my flock.
