Is that like "pull my finger"?

Another chick died yesterday.
One was also slightly weaker than the other remaining two, so I brought it
indoors for the afternoon. I put it back with the mother in the evening,
and this morning it seems fine. Still a little weaker than its siblings,
but quite perky. It's also cooler this morning, so that might help. The
temperatures have been very high the last few days, and each time I've
found a chick ailing, it's been stranded in the middle of the lawn in the
sun.

Hold thumbs for the last 3.
