I think one of my hens has lice,they are around the vent area.
Find a vet in your area - worth travelling a few miles - who deals with
cattle. There is a spot on "get rid of any insects and worms anywhere
in/on the body" that can also be used for chickens. It used to be called
Ivermectin, but I think the name has changed now.
I'm pretty sure that Ivermectin is still around but is sold in my country
under the name of Ivomec for cattle and other names for other species.
It's also used on sheep and dogs
