I have noticed some birds pick some really wierd laying places......
what strange places do your birds use ??
JOHN
It's not really a strange place but I don't know why she does it. Two of our
banties lay in the travelling coop rather than their living coop, that's
understandable.
The third has dug a very deep hollow in the soil next to a wall under a tree
and lays there, in the open. Spouse made her a special nest box and put it
next to the hole, she had a look in, came out and laid in her usual place.
