Because its how spammers /pronographic sites work and when you try and learn
a little about how to improve the search engine optimisation its high on the
list of things not to do.

It is a very high profile case in Europe at
least and it does not hurt to let the whole world know about it, in
case someone's neighbour anywhere suddenly has a 4 yr old girl that
they didn't have a few weeks ago.

I understand the sentiments entirely.
