Face it - they have too many legs. No creature needs THAT many. Ick
Are you questioning the intent of the creator or evolution?
The problem is yours, not the spider's.
Which creator? ooooh tht's gonna spark one off! ;-)
Seriously though. Spiders are a real good insect to have around
No they're not. Spiders aren't insects! They're arachnids.
However, they ARE good to have around, they do no harm at all except for the
ones with poisonous bites and there aren't many of those.
but
WHY dothey have the reputations they do? Why do they invoke sich fear?
I have no idea, it's daft.
We're surrounded by flying, crawling, digging etc. creatures and they all
have a part to play in our world, without any one of them there would be a
loss to the environment. Very, very few of them harm humans. Most of them
are beautiful if we bother to study them and they have wonderful lives,
doing things which most humans can't do without machinery.
We're also surrounded by other humans. We're not afraid of them even though
many of them can and do harm us.
Man is an irrational creature.
