Its oatbran thats effective.
Might be worth a try - very easy to incorporate into many dishes without
any difficulty

It's just not necessary. We don't eat oats because they're good for us!

I hate soya milk with a passion and it too has good and bad
reputations in terms of some cancers.

Its useful pre-menopausal ;)

The jury is out on that.

Add oatbran as a thickener to every sauce you can. Its really easy.

We rarely make thickened sauces.

Its not a bad thing to do - like mopping up the juices of a stew etc.
It goes into homemade burgers etc etc -- you have the skills to work it
out if you want to.
;)

A thick sauce with a stew - or in burgers?

Stew juice is already thick if it has the 'right' vegetables - or cereals -
in it. Burgers don't need a sauce in the making! I have the skills to work
that out :-)

Avoid milk as much as you can.

Or replace it with Oatly.

Yes
or Soya for those who can

Don't push soya too hard until the link with bc has been properly
determined.

Eat only really good red meat - don't waste the cholesterol on ready
meals.
Eat eggs in the forms that you most appreciate.
For me : quiche, souffle, boiled eggs and the piecederesistance
double egg and chips -- oh to die for!!!

Bleurch!

But yes, to die for in some cases :-(

We all have our favourites

I meant that it could be implicated in the death of some ...

As did Eskimoes ...

very different diet
but then you know that!

Yes, and by modern western thinking a diet of lots of seal and whale meat
and blubber would be frowned on. They didn't suffer from heart problems
until they adopted a modern western diet ... the fish wasn't enough to
counteract the blubber and there were no vegetables.

Perhaps their genetics were good ...
