friendly or are you being especially cautious before the event?

If you can help us a little more with the circumstances and situation
folks are more likely to be able to come up with ideas.

Search engines are great tools ,but have personally found it is not these
that are getting better but the user with time.its knowing where to find the
answer. As you can tell i find it frustrating when someone reponds to a
question stating use google.groups ,when it would be far easier/helpful to
answer if you know and then offer advise about using google etc.I would say
most internet users know what google is and does, even more so if they know
how to use newsgroups.
