Hi Peggy,

I'm in the US so not familiar with what is in your area, but two comments
struck me:

2. the chook did not have any weight.(just skin and bone)
5. he only feeds them wheat & scraps.

It sounds to me like they are starving (which would explain not laying). I
know this may be hard, but can you convince him to buy them a good layer's
pellet? With 3 birds, a 50# bag would go a long way.

Hopefully this is nutritional and not a disease. Best of luck!
