They need shelter and they need food - wheat or corn will do - and they
need fresh water.
Without those things they will die.
If you cannot provide those things please find someone who can and will
or someone who will put them down humanely.
Otherwise you will be condemning them to a long death by starvation.


I already advised Ron similarly in a previous thread. I do realise that
these chickens were dumped on him, but nevertheless, now they are there
they cannot be allowed to starve and freeze.
So I shall say it again, more bluntly. Either feed/water them daily and
make them a predator proof shelter for overnight or get rid of them. It
is cruel to leave them out there like that. They will die.
I don't understand how it seems to be an option to just stand by and
observe. Or is it just me?
