Breed?
Strain - show, pet, productive?
Feeding regime?
Flock composition -- number of cockerels, number of different breeds and
ages?
Is she isolated now? if so how much is she eating and is she laying? If
not -- then do so so you can monitor her carefully and remove any flock
stresses from her.
Did she go broody?
