I guess "getting your goat" doesn't mean the same thing in your part of
the world as it does here... In the US, "she is trying to get my goat"
means "she is trying REALLY HARD to annoy me."
Same here BUT I did not bite.;-) To buggered. Tired that is.

Yes, my husband is British, so I am familiar with several connotations of
the expression "buggered" -)
