Anybody have any experience with meat birds in the UK. Laws, tips etc?

Thanks

I am not familiar with the UK laws on this, but as far as raising
birds, I know a little
something. The reception of a day old chick is very important, as a
bad reception (ie too
cold or too hot) can hinder their performance in the future. Make
sure you have enough
floor space and heat available. Drinking and feeding space are also
important so that
the birds are not fighting for water or food. Ventilation is
important as to keep a constant
change of oxygen and CO2. It isn't as hard as it seems, all it takes
is a little care. To read
more about it I could sugest the www.ultimate-chicken-hatcheries-resources.com
web site.

Hope this helps,

Marc.
